Little Masterpieces celebrates the extraordinary creativity of Rhode Island’s vibrant artistic community, bringing together original works from emerging and established local artists. Curated by renowned visual artist, muralist, and community leader Nilton Cárdenas, the exhibit reflects his lifelong commitment to art as a space for identity, memory, healing, and social transformation. With deep roots in Peruvian cultural heritage and decades of work expanding access to the arts, Nilton brings a thoughtful and unifying vision to this showcase.
 

This exhibition is proudly sponsored by Skills for Rhode Island’s Future, whose mission to advance inclusive economic opportunity that uplift local talent and strengthen community connection. Together, the curator, artists, and SkillsRI invite visitors to celebrate creativity, diversity, and the power of art to inspire and transform.
